《矿工冲冲冲》（Miner Rush）隐私政策
本隐私政策说明《矿工冲冲冲》（以下简称“本游戏”）如何处理信息。本游戏是可离线游玩的免费游戏，包含广告、可选的 Google Play 游戏登录和应用内购买。
1. 我们处理的信息
- 本地游戏数据：游戏进度、游戏内物品、设置、语言和购买权益记录保存在您的设备上，不会由本游戏开发者上传到自有服务器。
- Google Play 游戏：当您选择登录时，Google Play 游戏服务会处理您的玩家身份、玩家 ID、显示名称，以及用于服务稳定性和改进的分析、诊断信息。本游戏仅在设备上保存玩家 ID 和显示名称，用于显示登录状态；本游戏不读取您的电子邮件地址或好友列表。
- 广告：本游戏使用 Google Mobile Ads（AdMob）和 Google User Messaging Platform（UMP）。Google Mobile Ads SDK 可能自动收集和共享 IP 地址（可用于推断大致位置）、应用启动/点击/视频观看等互动、诊断信息，以及广告 ID、App Set ID 和其他设备或账号标识符，用于广告投放、分析以及防欺诈和安全。
- 应用内购买：购买由 Google Play Billing 处理。本游戏可接收商品 ID、购买状态和购买令牌，以交付数字商品并防止重复交付，但不会收到或保存您的银行卡号等付款凭据。
- 客服联系：如果您主动发送电子邮件，我们会收到您提供的电子邮件地址、邮件内容及附件，仅用于响应和处理您的请求。
2. 处理目的与法律依据

4. 保存、安全与跨境处理

5. 您的选择与删除
- Google Play 游戏登录是可选功能；不登录也可以使用本游戏的核心离线功能。
- 您可以通过游戏设置中的“重置游戏”、Android 系统的“清除数据”或卸载应用，删除设备上的游戏进度和设置。
- 您可以在 Google Play 游戏个人资料或 Google 账号中管理或删除 Play 游戏数据。
- 如果所在地区要求，游戏会显示 Google 的隐私消息；设置页中的隐私入口可再次打开适用的广告隐私选项。
- 您可以通过下方邮箱请求查询、更正或删除我们因客服联系而持有的信息。
6. 儿童隐私
本游戏不专门面向 13 岁以下儿童。若您未达到所在地区可自行同意数据处理的年龄，请在监护人允许和指导下使用本游戏与购买功能。监护人如认为儿童向我们提供了个人信息，可联系我们请求删除。
7. 政策更新
如果游戏功能、SDK 或法律要求发生变化，我们会更新本政策和顶部日期。重大变化会通过适当方式提示。

Miner Rush Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Miner Rush (the “Game”) handles information. The Game is a free, offline-capable game that contains advertising, optional Google Play Games sign-in, and in-app purchases.
1. Information We Process
- Local game data: Game progress, in-game items, settings, language, and entitlement records are stored on your device and are not uploaded to a server operated by the Game developer.
- Google Play Games: If you choose to sign in, Google Play Games Services processes your gamer identity, player ID, display name, and analytics and diagnostic information used for service stability and improvement. The Game stores only the player ID and display name on your device to show sign-in status. The Game does not request your email address or friends list.
- Advertising: The Game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share IP address (which may be used to estimate general location), app launch/tap/video-view interactions, diagnostic information, advertising ID, App Set ID, and other device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and security.
- In-app purchases: Purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. The Game may receive a product ID, purchase state, and purchase token to deliver digital goods and prevent duplicate delivery. We do not receive or store payment credentials such as card numbers.
- Support: If you email us, we receive the email address, message, and attachments you choose to provide, solely to respond to and resolve your request.
2. Purposes and Legal Bases
Information is processed only to provide and maintain Game features, complete optional sign-in and purchases, preserve local progress, display and measure ads, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose problems, and respond to support requests. Where required by law, advertising-related processing is subject to consent or other applicable privacy choices provided through UMP.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. To provide the functions above, information may be processed by Google through Google Play Games Services, Google Mobile Ads, UMP, and Google Play Billing. Google's own terms and privacy policies also govern its processing. See the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from partner apps.
4. Retention, Security, and International Processing
Local game data remains on your device until you select Reset Game, clear app data, or uninstall the Game. Data transmitted by Google SDKs is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Google may process information outside your country or region under its policies. Information you voluntarily send for support is retained only as long as needed to resolve the request, then deleted or anonymized unless law requires longer retention.
5. Your Choices and Deletion
- Google Play Games sign-in is optional; the Game's core offline features remain available without signing in.
- Delete on-device progress and settings using Reset Game, Android's Clear storage control, or by uninstalling the Game.
- Manage or delete Play Games data through your Google Play Games profile or Google Account.
- Where required, the Game presents Google's privacy message. The privacy entry in Settings can reopen applicable advertising privacy options.
- Email us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold because you contacted support.
6. Children's Privacy
The Game is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you are below the age at which you may consent to data processing in your region, use the Game and purchasing features only with a guardian's permission and guidance. Guardians may contact us to request deletion if they believe a child provided personal information.
7. Changes
We will update this policy and the date above when Game features, SDKs, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated by appropriate means.
